Store Policy

• Items are delivered on select days each week.

• Regular orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from order date, unless the customer chooses to pre-order.

​

• Pickups are available at Rivanna Ridge Shopping Center for select dates/times that will be emailed to the customer after the order is placed.

​

• Pre-Orders will be delivered or picked up on a date selected by the customer from the “pre-order add on” option in the shop.

​

• Customer(s) will receive an email confirming delivery date & another email once item(s) have been delivered. 

​

• If the customer’s address is not in the delivery area, the customer can message us with their address. If it is within drivable range, we will create a special delivery option for you to use. If it is not, you can always choose the pickup option. 

​

• We only do delivery & pickup to ensure your items are handled with the best possible care.

​

• All deliveries & pickups will be no-contact. 

​

• We will try to leave the customer's item(s) in a covered area when delivering. If the customer has a specific delivery request of where to put their item(s), please let us know before delivery.  

​

• If the customer chooses the pickup option, we can put your item(s) in your vehicle upon pickup. We ask that everyone wears masks during pickups, to keep everyone safe during this time.
