When will my order be delivered?All products are hand delivered. They will be delivered within 3-5 business days from when the customer receives their order confirmation email. We usually deliver twice a week, with some exceptions. After receiving your order confirmation email, please be on the lookout for your delivery confirmation email. In the delivery confirmation email it will state which day your items will be delivered. If you have a specific delivery request, please reach out to us either on our contact page, or via email at ellieplantsdesign@gmail.com.

I ordered my items for Pickup, how does that work?"When a customer chooses the pickup option, they will first get a confirmation email that your order has been processed. Then, they will receive a separate email with available dates & times that we can meet for the pickup. All pick up orders will be received in the Rivanna Shopping Center on Pantops. Once you choose which date and time works for you, a pickup confirmation email will be sent to you. We ask that you please be on time for the pickup as we have many orders we are trying to deliver in a timely manner. Thank you!

How do I care for my product(s)?Every product is different, therefore each one has its own set of care details. If you check under each individual item's information tab, you can see how to care for them. If you have specific questions that you cannot find an answer to on our website, please feel free to reach out via our CONTACT page on the website or by email at ellieplantsdesign@gmail.com.

The item I want is out of stock.Products can go fast, especially during the holidays! Each week we update our site with available items for sale. If a customer wants to be updated on when a specific item will be restocked, they can click the "Notify Me When In Stock" button under the product and they will get an email when it is available again. If the customer needs an item that week and it isn't available in our store, they can reach out through our CONTACT page or via email at ellieplantsdesign@gmail.com to see if we are able to accommodate their request.

My address isn't in the delivery area.If you would like to make an order for delivery, but you are not in the delivery area, please reach out through our CONTACT page. If you provide us with your address and order information, we can check to see if your address is within drivable distance for us. If it is, we will make you a custom delivery option on the website. You will receive an email confirmation that we have created this delivery option for you. If we cannot deliver to your address, you are always welcome to choose the pickup option when checking out.
